It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!Job Description:Global Data Center Management (GDCM) Engineer/AnalystGlobal Data Center Management (GDCM) oversees Epiq’s data center operations, acting as the primary liaison between Epiq and co-location providers. The team manages contracts, monitors SLAs, ensures audit readiness, and enforces adherence to documented processes and procedures.Key ObjectivesMaximize value from data center-related expenditures.Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain documentation to demonstrate compliance.Maintain accurate asset inventories across all data centers, ensuring coverage for hardware and software maintenance.Keep all data center information current within the data center management tool.Team StructureThe GDCM team includes professionals with technical and operational expertise. Responsibilities are shared and assigned based on skill set, location, and organizational needs.
