Our client is a global PE backed SaaS company who is 100% remote whose main goal is to provide the fastest path towards strengthening your ERP security & compliance posture.

Job Details
• 3-5+ years of Corporate Controller experience within a growing and acquisitive SaaS and multinational accounting environment.
• Extensive experience in a fast growth corporate environment, including skills that drive scalable processes that can drive increasing profitability
• Command of complex consolidations and FX practices
• Working knowledge of tax compliance regulations and reporting
• Experience with setting up and operating accounting processes for foreign subsidiaries
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SaaS company reporting, and compliance considerations
• CPA and Bachelors in Accounting required.
• Masters in Accounting and NetSuite a plus.
