Global Compliance Manager — Flexible, High-Impact

Remote Full-time
Do you want to be part of a company that’s transforming healthcare?

Lyfegen helps bridge the gap to faster, smarter access with pricing, access, and rebate management solutions. Our platform is used by health insurers, governments, hospital payers, and pharmaceutical companies worldwide to simplify the complexities of drug pricing agreements, optimize rebates, and drive better value.

As a global leader in drug access and rebate management, Lyfegen is expanding its reach and impact. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for passionate professionals to join us and help shape the future of healthcare.

We’re currently recruiting for a Legal Compliance Manager role. This role is responsible for protecting the company, enabling enterprise-grade credibility, and ensuring Lyfegen can scale globally while remaining fully compliant across healthcare, data, commercial, and corporate governance regulations.

The role is both strategic and operational — building the compliance architecture while embedding risk-aware decision making into day-to-day business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

At Lyfegen, we’re tackling challenges no one has solved before. That’s why we are looking for problem solvers with a proactive mindset - people who thrive on turning complexity into opportunity.

Join us and help bridge the gap to faster and smarter access to medicines for patients.

Your main responsibilities:

Regulatory & Compliance Governance

• Draft, review, and negotiate:
• Client contracts
• Partner & provider agreements
• Data processing agreements (DPAs)
• Own contract lifecycle management and legal documentation standards
• Manage external legal counsel and budget

Corporate Governance & Board Support
• Ensure legal compliance of:
• Shareholder resolutions
• Corporate filings
• Support governance documentation, audits, and due diligence
• Maintain statutory records and corporate compliance calendar

Risk Management & Business Enablement
• Proactively identify legal, regulatory, and operational risks
• Provide risk-based recommendations to leadership
• Enable sales and product teams with compliant contract templates and frameworks
• Act as a trusted business partner, not a blocker
• Roll out compliance training for all employees
• Manage DPIAs, breach protocols, and privacy audits
• Ensure compliant handling of healthcare and personal data

Who you are:
• 3+ years in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Law, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Previous experience in a software startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment is an advantage.
• Proven track record building compliance frameworks from scratch.
• Previous exposure to audits, ISO/SOC frameworks, or data protection regimes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English; any additional language is a plus.

What we offer:
• Join a company that improves access to healthcare for patients.
• Direct influence on the growth and success of Lyfegen.
• The possibility to work flexibly.
• Become part of a team of international high performers.
• Experience an attractive and competitive compensation package aligned with the dynamic nature of a scale-up start-up.
