Responsibilities
• Manage the communications program with a focus on preparedness, timely delivery, and continuous improvement
• Ensure all documentation aligns with brand standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with team members to gather topics and ideas for regular and special communications
• Support account team initiatives and programs to ensure consistency across various efforts
• Maintain a comprehensive communications library and build relationships within the account team
Qualifications
• B.A./B.S. degree in a related field (marketing, communications, etc.) or 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and other tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with executive-level clients both in-person and remotely
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with online meetings and collaboration technology
• Knowledge of best practices in project communication and support
• Familiarity with creative design tools like Camtasia
