Assist squads in updating and optimizing CI/CD workflows. Help design and implement change management templates in GitHub Actions. Provide hands-on support and coaching to engineering teams during transition. Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline issues across multiple squads. Guide teams in leveraging GitHub Copilot to improve workflow automation, code quality, and developer productivity. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Bamboo, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Copilot. Proven track record of CI/CD pipeline migration and automation. Solid understanding of change management processes within DevOps. Ability to create and customize workflow templates in GitHub Actions. Demonstrated expertise in using GitHub Copilot for workflow optimization and code generation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting quickly to team needs. Previous experience as a floating resource or consultant across multiple teams is a plus. Other Requirements Available immediately for a 3-month contract.
