GIS Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing GIS solutions that support our business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of GIS technology, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest GIS technology and industry trends. Develop and maintain technical documentation for GIS solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders. Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of GIS solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to GIS solutions. Work closely with the network and infrastructure teams to integrate GIS solutions with existing systems. Conduct performance testing and monitoring to ensure optimal functionality of GIS solutions. Train and support end-users on how to effectively utilize GIS solutions. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and select GIS products and services. Participate in project planning and provide recommendations for GIS solutions. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to GIS solutions. Continuously evaluate and improve GIS solutions to meet changing business needs. Maintain a strong understanding of Comcast's products, services, and customer needs to inform GIS solutions.
