We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Indiana, United States.

In this permanent work-at-home role, you will take your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding and compassion to answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members or customers.
We offer medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits as well as earned PTO. Salary is up to $14/hr in training and production.
Responsibilities:
Handles a high volume of incoming calls/chats.
Gathers customer information, assesses and fulfills customer needs.
Educatescustomers regarding tax preparation products and services.
Utilizes and navigates multiple systems simultaneously.
Resolves customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
Meets or exceeds company and client performance metrics.
Resolves customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
Maintains a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making.
Evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact ourclient and its customers.
Accepts and embraces changes within the current business environment.
Is responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required.
Experience Required for Your Success
At least High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year call center experience required
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in work environment
Tech support experience is strongly preferred
Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
Strong written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Dedicated area to work from in your home
Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless access/WIFI is not permitted
