clients working processes and standard operating proceduresManages the hiring, performance and development of the FNCM team and APMOversees and approves expenses of FNCMs and APM (where applicable)Ensures regular coaching of the FNCM team and APM:field visits where applicableregular virtual touchpointsEstablishes FNCM team objectives and collaborates with APM to establish CM
