ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of its client, a leading multinational telecommunications company, is looking for German Speaking Sales Representative (Remote) to join their successful Greece team. Location: Remote (100% home office) Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week with 2 days off Sundays and public holidays (according to the German calendar) are always off What will you do: You will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide clear solutions for product and service questions, advise customers on choosing or optimizing their plans, and accurately document all interactions in the system. More specifically: Manage inbound customer inquiries related to accounts and telecom services Deliver effective and guidance on new products and enhance service options Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales Recommend new products and optimize existing contracts with a consultative sales approach Ensure accurate record of all customer interactions and actions in the database Requirements Previous working experience in Sales area Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) Computer Literacy (e.g. MS Office) Friendly, courteous, and professional communication style Reliable and able to work independently to ensure excellent customer service and achievements of sales goals Benefits Monthly salary of €1,250 plus up to €2,250 in sales bonuses Permanent contract with paid online training to fully prepare you Private health and life insurance through Allianz Hellas Monthly internet and electricity allowance All necessary home office equipment provided Childcare allowance (€231 per child/month) €1,000 nesting bonus Coverage of children’s school supplies Loyalty bonuses for long-term service Friendly, supportive international team The hiring process includes : Ιf this role matches your interests, please feel free to submit your application directly.
