Requirements Processing of incoming service requests and incidents based on SLA via e-mail. Creation of ad hoc-reports Distribution of tickets inside the Service Desk team Backlog management (e.g. long-runner tickets). Escalation handling Event monitoring task in a 24/7 supporting team. Creation, coordination of IT Onboarding/Offboarding tickets Ensure necessary technical and process related trainings for new joiners. Administration of hardware assets Create, update and close tickets in the service management system, maintaining accurate documentation of all support interactions Creation of SOPs Work closely with other IT teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IT knowledge base by documenting resolutions, frequently asked questions and troubleshooting guides Handling basic L1 SAP tasks Ad-hock administrative duties.
