About the role:
We are seeking a Freelance Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in German. As a freelancer, you will need a reliable Wi-Fi connection and your own computer to manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in German.
Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
Work with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
Fluent German speaker with strong communication skills in German and English.
Ability to work independently as a freelancer.
Access to reliable Wi-Fi and a personal computer.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience in customer support.
Background in or knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus
