Location: Athens or anywhere in Greece Working Model: hybrid or remotely ️You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor What you will do: As a German Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.More specifically: Always maintain high customer service to clients. Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database. Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions) .RequirementsFluency in German language (C1-C2 level). Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset. Tech savvy. Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
