Georgia Landlord–Tenant / Real Estate Law Consultant (Short-Term Advice)
I’m an out-of-state landlord with a single-family rental property in Macon, Georgia. I recently hired a licensed Georgia brokerage for lease-only tenant placement (not ongoing property management), and I’m seeking targeted legal consulting on a few issues that have arisen. This is not a litigation matter. I’m looking for a short, focused consultation (likely 30-60 mins total) to review documents and advise on options and risk.
