About the Role:
This is a virtual position that involves handling and trying cases throughout Georgia, primarily venued around the Atlanta area. In-person appearances may be required. We seek candidates with insurance defense/auto experience and a proven track record of success in complex tort law cases. As an Insurance Defense Trial Attorney, you will play a critical role in our team's efforts to provide top-notch representation to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all cases assigned by your supervisor;
- Handle matters of moderate to great complexity and/or exposure;
- Assist in the handling of cases assigned to other attorneys;
- Functionally supervise attorneys who have been requested to assist in the handling of particular cases;
- Consult with and render opinions to members of the Claims Departments;
- Maintain and update computerized litigation support systems;
- Perform other functions as assigned;
