Job Overview
This Retail Support role offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. You'll be responsible for supporting our branches throughout their geographical area, processing transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities
Process debit and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
Identify and address client needs by providing a variety of services, including account maintenance, ATM card issuance, and money transfers
Resolve client issues through direct action or referral to alternative resources
Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs and preferences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related fields
Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking
Solid balancing and customer service skills, with the ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs
