Job description: Title: Genesys Cloud Engineer
Location: Miramar, FL (M-TH on-site, F remote)
Compensation: $65-72/hour
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Genesys Cloud EngineerKey Responsibilities:
Build and configure call flows, IVRs, queues, and agent routing rules
Implement omnichannel capabilities (voice, chat, email, SMS)
Configure and test integrations w/ external systems (CRM, WFM, etc.)
Support voice quality, SIP trunking, SBC, BYOC Implementations
Support provisioning and system administration for users, roles, and divisions
Perform health checks, platform tuning, and platform upgrades
Design and build dynamic call/chat flows using native tools (Genesys Architect, Amazon Lex, Dialogflow)
Integrate NLP/NLU models for intent recognition and response handling
Implement dynamic data dips (CRM, backend APIs) and self-service action
Deploy bots, virtual agents, and agent assist features
Intent mapping, entity extraction, and voice UX design, data actions, connectors, and error handling
