As an Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in assessing and processing insurance claims related to non-standard auto insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years experience adjusting claims in Florida and will possess strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. **Duties:** - Review and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage and liability - Conduct thorough investigations to validate the authenticity of claims - Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information - Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements in accordance with company policies - Maintain accurate documentation of claim activities and decisions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient claims processing **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in analyzing information and making sound decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures -
