General Virtual Assistant, Flower Shop
Description: • Remote position for a boutique floral design studio specializing in custom arrangements, subscription services, and event styling • Provide administrative and operations support (billing, QuickBooks, email/calendar, logistics, Google Drive) • Assist with Shopify product setup and managing subscription box sales • Execute social media content posting and scheduling based on Notion content calendar • Support lead generation, sales funnel management, and marketing initiatives • Use EverStem to build floral recipes, create quotes/estimates, generate sales orders, and manage historical order data • Collaborate with floral team to support event preparation and execution Requirements: • Highly organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic creative environment • Manage billing and invoices, including QuickBooks setup and tracking • Email and calendar management • Support logistics and day-to-day operations • Organize and maintain files within Google Drive • Assist with Shopify tasks (product setup, subscription box sales) • Execute content posting and scheduling via Notion (execution-focused) • Support top-of-funnel lead generation and sales funnel management • Use EverStem to build floral recipes, generate quotes/estimates, and create sales orders • Input and manage historical floral order data in EverStem • Loom video required for application; attaching resume optional; complete skill set section required Benefits: Apply tot his job
