NotaryCam is looking for experienced Remote Online Notaries in the following states: Virginia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, Utah, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Oregon & Wyoming. This opportunity is for GENERAL NOTARY WORK ONLY. (Shifts are available between the hours of 11:00pm to 7:00am ET)
NotaryCam Remote Online Notaries ensure the integrity and legality of the notarization process for real estate transactions conducted remotely.
Notary Key Responsibilities:
Ā Document Verification: Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies, ensuring all parties are who they claim to be.
Ā Document Review: Thoroughly review the documents to be notarized, ensuring they are complete and meet legal requirements.
Ā Notarization: Apply electronic notarial acts such as electronic signatures and seals to documents after witnessing the signing process via secure online platforms.
Ā Compliance: Ensure all notarization procedures comply with state laws and regulations governing remote online notarization (RON).
Ā Technical Proficiency: Utilize and manage RON platforms and software efficiently, ensuring secure and seamless transactions.
Ā Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, guiding clients through the remote notarization process and addressing any questions or concerns.
Ā Security Measures: Implement and follow strict security protocols to protect sensitive information and prevent fraud.
Ā Ongoing Education: Stay updated with changes in notary laws, regulations, and technology advancements related to remote online notarization.
Ā Communication: Coordinate with corporate professionals, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate the timely completion of notarized documents.
Requirements needed to apply as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR:
Ā Minimum of six (6) months RON experience
Ā Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
Ā Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
Ā E&O Insurance Policy (Minimum 100k coverage)
Ā Must provide a background check (dated within one year)
