General Liability Associate Claim Representative

The Associate Claim Representative will receive comprehensive training in claim handling and customer service, with a focus on managing General Liability claims including property damage and bodily injury losses.ResponsibilitiesActively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies, specific claim processes, systems, and procedures, including virtual, classroom, and on-the-job trainingLearn how to interpret and apply policy language to determine coverage for compensability, investigate claim scenarios to appropriately assess liability and damage exposure, and where applicable, review contractual relationships to assess potential risk transferDevelop and execute action plans for claim resolutionIdentify resources for specific activities required to properly investigate claims such as Subrogation, Risk Control, nurse consultants, and fire or fraud investigators and to other experts.
