General Labor / Field Tech Job Description
Schedule: 14 on 7 off, Overtime paid after 40 hours. Paid Biweekly, Possible 10+ Hour Shift, Insurance offered after 90 days, On Call, Weekends Availability.
Job Description:
Working in yard w/rental equipment to prepare for upcoming jobs.
Clean and organize yard materials and equipment to ensure proficiency (this includes any general labor tasks)
Drive to multiple oilfield jobs sites to rig up or rig down /Restraints on equipment, assist with ground restraints, man lift restraints, wash restraints; restock restraint trailer. Wash and patch berms.
Will be handling/ loading/ unloading / Clean / Inspect a range of containments, restraints, shower trailers, light towers, cooling trailers and other rental equipment.
Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 4 hours at any one time, including standing and walking on equipment, caliche as well as gravel, board roads and mud, snow and ice. Must be able to perform all essential functions of this position outdoors, which can include extreme heat, snow, ice and rain.
Attention span to stay alert and attentive for up to 12hour tour while performing sometimes repetitive and monotonous tasks.
Able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and crawl throughout the work shift while wearing Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
Must be able to repetitively lift and carry items weighing upwards of 50 lbs. up and down stairs.
Must be able to climb, balance and stand on stairs & ladders.
The employee will be required to be able to operate forklift and man lift equipment.
Perform pretrip vehicle and equipment inspections.
Troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions.
Must have a valid driver license, good driving record with no more than 3 violations in 3 years, no DWIs within 5 years and be insurable for company vehicle insurance, reliable transportation & a valid DOT Medical Card.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
