Client Needs Assessment: Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges, processes, and opportunities where GenAI can provide value. Solution Design & Strategy: Develop AI-powered use cases, select suitable models (LLMs, image generation, etc.), and create tailored implementation roadmaps. Implementation & Integration: Guide or support the deployment of GenAI tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, workflows, and data infrastructure. Risk & Compliance Management: Advise on ethical AI practices, data privacy, model biases, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act). Training & Change Management: Educate client teams on GenAI capabilities, best practices, and responsible usage, enabling sustainable adoption. Familiarity with frontier and open source GenAI models, both LLMs and SLMs Agentic design, architecture, and integration with underlying models Model fine tuning using real and synthetic data Experience with integrating voice and chat applications to enabling GenAI platforms Reinforcement learning techniques based on human feedback (RLHF) and AI judges (RLAI) Practical experience with modern GenAI design patterns including RAG and MCP Understanding of how vector databases, vector embeddings, and function/ tool calls work Understanding of market landscape for commercial offerings for GenAI enablement across the SDLC including generative development and AIOps Knowledge of GenAI testing and evaluation approaches including AI evals for performance High Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
