Position: Gen AI Engineer cum Lead Location: 100% Remote (Must be willing to visit Dallas, TX occasionally if client requests) Contract: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer cum Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in LLMs and Gen AI technologies, along with the ability to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with client stakeholders. The role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits to Dallas, TX as required. Key Responsibilities • Lead the architecture, design, and development of Generative AI solutions • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers • Design and implement LLM-based applications including RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning • Integrate Gen AI solutions with enterprise systems and data sources • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI pipelines • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions • Evaluate and recommend appropriate LLMs, tools, and frameworks • Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and compliance standards • Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of Gen AI solutions in production • Participate in client discussions and on-site visits in Dallas, TX as needed Required Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong recent focus on Generative AI • Proven experience as a Gen AI Engineer / AI Lead / ML Lead • Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) • Strong experience in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks • Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / similar LLM platforms • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks • Experience with Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.) • Strong understanding of ML pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps concepts • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience in enterprise Gen AI implementations • Knowledge of data privacy, AI ethics, and responsible AI frameworks • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Exposure to multi-modal AI (text, image, audio) • Prior experience in a client-facing lead role • Relevant certifications in AI, ML, or Cloud technologies Thanks & Regards Raveena Mourya US IT Recruiter, DMS Visions Inc 972-325-9476 | dmsvisions.com/ [email protected] 4645 Avon Lane, Suite 210, Frisco, TX 75033 linkedin.com/in/raveena-mourya-766314250 Apply tot his job
