Job Description: Descripción Representante de Servicio al Cliente telefónico enfocado en las solicitudes de nuestros clientes con respecto a: Cobranzas, cotizaciones, envíos, entregas, procesos de exportación e importación, aclaraciones de facturación, investigaciones de pérdidas o daños e información general. Debe tener disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes en turnos rotativos desde la 1:00 a. m. hasta la 2:00 p. m.
