In this key role, you will serve as the initial point of interaction for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Extend a warm greeting to clients upon their arrival at the office.
Ā Manage incoming phone calls with clarity and professionalism.
Ā Confirm appointments, including hearings and conferences, to facilitate seamless interactions.
Ā Support various administrative functions such as scheduling, data entry, scanning, and mail distribution.
Ā Occasionally provide coverage for the Receptionist at our Manhattan conference center as needed.
