GaN Product Engineer

Renesas Electronics is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose ‘To Make Our Lives Easier.’ The GaN Product Engineer will work on GaN product development and new product introduction, ensuring timely project execution and supporting the product design team with characterization and qualification. Responsibilities Coordinate the movement of multiple engineering lots through the manufacturing line, including wafer fab, assembly, and testing. Ensure timely project execution from start to finish Create test programs and review test data. Ensure compliance with design specifications Plan and execute product qualification campaigns Generate technical reports for internal and external communication Generate product datasheets Maintain up-to-date GANTT chart with project schedule and negotiate priorities when needed Track and communicate project status, key results, risks, and problems Drive root cause investigation for performance or quality issues Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related fields Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Proficient in data manipulation and analysis skill. Familiar with JMP and MS Office Exceptional time management skill Self-motivated and adaptable.
