?? Do you speak fluent Japanese with great English too?
We currently have a great opportunity for a fully remote Gaming Moderator (Japanese) to provide core services on one of our biggest gaming brands!

What You'll Do:
As a Gaming Moderator you will protect our clients brand and make sure their reputation is kept safe at all times; in this position, you are the key in providing a positive gaming experience for all users, while being aware of any potential issues on the gaming platform.
As a core part of the opportunity, you will be reviewing strong graphic images, sound files and written content that may violate the guidelines of the community.
Moderating in accordance with The Social Element guidelines and client-specific guidelines.
Carrying out moderation and training accordingly to the times scheduled in the project schedule
Escalating user-generated content that falls within the official escalation processes (eg child safety, bomb threats)
Offering support to other moderators who need assistance as well as mentoring new moderators and supporting them
Complete shift reports using templates provided according to individual project requirements
Informing Project Managers of any technical or other issues with sites or content and providing feedback on any client issues
Working Hours:
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends to cover all project hours. At times, the times may change and the amount of hours you will be required to work may increase or decrease depending on the needs of the projects. For this project, ideally we are looking for people who have flexibility to cover the following:
Must be available both weekend days
Desired availability 11am to 7pm EST
Total amount of hours will be approx 15 to 20 per week.
