They are seeking a Gaming Influencer Growth Manager to work with creators and influencers, agencies, and partnerships to enhance community engagement and creator growth initiatives. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming creators, including high-touch support, growth planning, and LIVE-specific optimization Serve as a strategic partner to creators, agents, team managers, and orgs to unlock content, monetization, and LIVE adoption opportunities Navigate escalations, account health, feature adoption, and platform trust with top gaming creators Work closely with Campaign, Content, and Product teams to execute publisher-side campaigns, ensuring alignment across creator, content, and feature strategy Support creator participation by monitoring performance, growth impact, and campaign execution quality Help surface key learnings to inform future co-branded initiatives and activation models Own end-to-end execution of creator growth programs, from cohort selection through onboarding, performance tracking, and measurable results Run creator sprints, seasonal pushes, and reward/incentive systems aligned to gaming-IP cycles and LIVE goals Partner with Content, Data Science, and Product to analyze creator performance, uncover blockers, and translate findings into clear next steps Create program-level reporting for leadership, highlighting impact across talent tiers and games Monitor creator behavior, platform trends, and competitive benchmarks Contribute ideas and insights to improve growth playbooks and campaign strategy Skills 1+ years in gaming creator management, esports operations, influencer marketing, or publisher partnerships Proven track record managing top creators or talent with high visibility and complex needs Strong understanding of gaming culture, game economies, and seasonal content cycles Demonstrated ability to execute fast-moving programs with measurable outcomes Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize dashboards and creator metrics Highly cross-functional, effective communicator, strong project ownership Familiarity with LIVE ecosystems, monetization loops, or streaming platforms Benefits Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance A 401(k) savings plan with company match Paid parental leave Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance Wellbeing benefits 10 paid holidays per year 10 paid sick days per year 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure) Company Overview TikTok is a short-form video entertainment app and social network platform.
