And this is where you come in…We are looking for a Game Project Coordinator Co-op to join our team and gain hands-on experience in supporting the coordination of our game projects. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Games team to help with day-to-day operations for small to medium-sized projects, assist in project planning and execution, and provide administrative support to achieve our department, team, and organizational goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the successful development of our games. In this role, you can expect to be involved in: Project SupportAssisting with task tracking, scheduling, and coordination for projects within the Games teamMonitoring project tasks and alerting senior staff to potential risks or conflicts as they ariseReporting and DocumentationSupporting team members with the identification of potential conflicts in schedules, staffing, or resource allocationHelping maintain and support clear goals, timelines, and basic project deliverables for projects overseen by the Games teamSupporting the creation of project documents, such as schedules, task lists, design documents, and risk management notesHelping maintain a well-established documentation repository to allow for easy onboarding and knowledge sharing across stakeholdersAssisting in preparing basic project status reports and collecting data from team members and stakeholdersCompiling notes and actions from project meetingsStakeholder CoordinationEngaging with internal stakeholders as needed, including managers and senior team membersEnsuring effective communication and coordinating information between project teams and other departments What you'd bring to the team: You're working towards a Bachelor’s degreeA basic understanding of spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with team members across the organizationExperience with project management software or organizational applications (e.g., Asana, JIRA) is beneficialPassion in the tech and gaming space is beneficial Perks of being a Kabam intern: Our success is due to the hard work of our people.
