Summary Places outbound and receives inbound collection calls based on auto-dialer process to contact customers to assess status on outstanding loans. Your role in our mission • Documents system with overview notes of call on account in order to keep accurate records of account history. • Handles company confidential data including customer account history in accordance with established policy and guidelines to ensure privacy of customer and client data. • Initiates standardized system generated collection letters to deliver clear information to customers. • Verifies and audits loan information to maintain quality record keeping. • Adheres to client's specification in granting due date changes to ensure that clients needs are met. • Facilitates customer payments through company identified systems to ensure that accounts are handled appropriately. • Performs maintenance for customer address and other demographic information changes to keep information up to date. • Resolves moderately complex customer disputes within pre-established guidelines. What we're looking for • Two or more years of credit collection experience • Experience working with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act • Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members • Personal computer and business solutions software skills • Basic negotiation skills to set up re-payment schedules What you should expect in this role Remote work environment The pay range for this position is $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
