You’ll rapidly iterate on digital character-focused demos and prototypes working as the “integrator” inside real-time engines like Unreal by bringing together the vision of the Art Director.The ideal candidate will have experience in a research or advanced development environment, with a focus on real-time graphics and VR/AR prototyping. This role is perfect for someone with a background in the games industry as a senior developer. WHAT YOU'LL DO Work with the teams to evaluate and define the best 3D real-time approaches and optimization practices.Participate in ideation sessions with creative and technical peers to help plan and troubleshoot the design of prototype demo experiences.Assist in the conception and development of the demo functionality.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration and compatibility of high fidelity character models WHO YOU ARE BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fieldsProfessional experience in C++ working on a game or VR/AR experience with tools for internal use in a studio environment.4+ years of experience in real-time graphics development4+ years of experience with Unreal Engine and Unity3D3+ years of experience in rapid prototypingBasic understanding of linear algebra and 3D graphics fundamentalsFamiliarity with Houdini and/or MayaWorking familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processSelf-motivated with strong communication skills and able to work both in a team and independentlyAbility to work with minimal direction and manage a project independently from start to finishProof of eligibility to work in the United States COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The annual compensation includes equity (per qualifications)The annual salary range for this position is $125,000 to $160,000 plus equity (per qualifications)The base pay offered will take into account internal parity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsHealth Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision and Life InsuranceDiscounts on movie tickets, theme parks, hotels, Broadway and Vegas shows, shopping partners & moreFlexible working environment and more!
