Responsibilities
? Establish the Operational Risk and Controls strategy for AENB.

? Set up a foundational governance structure to manage operational risks in compliance with enterprise programs.

? Ensure timely identification, response, and resolution of risk events and issues.

? Engage in continual improvement of business processes to mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
? 1-2 years of experience in operational risk management for Analyst role; 2 years for Senior Analyst role.

? Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities.

? Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

? Experience in process governance and understanding of regulatory frameworks.

? Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and evaluate risk scenarios.

? Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
