Fundraising Execution Consultant (Pre-Seed / Seed | US-Focused) - Contract to Hire

We are seeking a senior Fundraising Execution Consultant to support and actively manage the execution of a U.S.-focused Seed fundraising process across Education, Healthcare, Health IT, and AI sectors. This is a hands-on consulting role, focused on structuring the round, managing investor outreach workflows, and supporting founder-led fundraising conversations within U.S. market norms. This role does not involve broker-dealer activity, capital custody, or off-platform compensation. Critical Requirements Demonstrated experience working with U.S.-based angels, syndicates, and seed-stage funds Prior involvement in U.S. Seed or Pre-Seed fundraising processes Strong understanding of U.S. investor expectations, pacing, and narrative building Role Definition You will act as an execution-focused fundraising consultant, supporting the founders in structuring and running an efficient Seed round process.
