We are searching for an Associate in the funding role is accountable for evaluating, processing, and finalizing retail and lease agreements from various dealerships in line with departmental protocols and guidelines. Adaptability to a dynamic setting with evolving rules, regulations, and policies is crucial for this role, necessitating the ability to swiftly process and retain information... Collaboration across divisions within the Operations Division is expected to ensure a seamless customer experience, which may involve providing support to other departments as required to meet business demands.

Payrate: $18
Hours: 40 hours per week | Must Work Weekends!
Key Responsibilities:
Scrutinize and authenticate retail and lease paperwork to ensure precision and adherence to HCA policies, established criteria, credit conditions, and state/federal laws.
Manage incoming calls from dealerships during peak hours to resolve pending matters as necessary.
Actively engage in coaching sessions and training to collaboratively devise solutions that improve individual and collective departmental performance.
Fulfill other assigned duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in both written and verbal communication
Aptitude for numerical analysis and calculations
Self-driven and proactive
Detail-oriented, emphasizing accuracy and high-quality output
Capable of multitasking and quick responses in a fast-paced team setting
Advanced problem-solving abilities
Ability to swiftly absorb and implement feedback
Capacity to work effectively under pressure
