Key Responsibilities: • This individual will be responsible for translating complex experiment data into strategic recommendations that influence marketing investment and AI adoption. • Strategic Analysis: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis for the Marketing AI and Media Labs, translating complex datasets into high-level strategic insights and executive-ready narratives. • Framework Development: Build and refine structured frameworks to evaluate the impact of emerging AI marketing tools and media experiments, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. • Operational Excellence: Manage end-to-end workstreams for lab initiatives, applying a operator mindset to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions. • Stakeholder Influence: Synthesize quantitative findings into compelling exec-ready presentations, providing actionable recommendations that drive budget allocation and media strategy Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Skills-Excel, AI and Strategy and ops • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in Sheet/ Excel data modeling and the ability to find "the why" behind the numbers • Structured Problem Solving: Comfort with ambiguity and a proven track record of breaking down complex, open-ended questions into logical workstreams. • Strategic Communication: Ability to distill numbers metrics into clear, non-technical business implications for executives. • Project Management: Experience managing high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. • Optional: MBA from a top program • 2-4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or a high-growth Strategy & Operations role.
