Hourly Pay: $36-$40 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, school administrators, and other professionals.
Utilize assessment tools to evaluate and track student progress, adapting instruction as necessary.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to facilitate effective inclusion and accommodations.
Employ diverse teaching strategies to meet the varied needs of students.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and achievements.
Establish open communication with parents and guardians to support their childs educational journey.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other school-related activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Teaching/Special Education
Valid Special Education Teaching Certification in Ohio
Experience working with students with special needs is preferred
Commitment to ongoing professional development and awareness of current best practices in special education
Familiarity with virtual learning environments is a plus
