Role Overview: As a Virtual Benefits Representative, you will help drive revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to a team that values success and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:
Engage with warm leads provided by the company to assess client needs.
Present our products and services to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business.
Achieve or exceed monthly targets and contribute to team success.
Collaborate with management to continuously refine strategies.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with online systems.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
