Role Overview: Virtual Benefits Representative
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with warm leads to identify and assess client needs
Product Presentation: Present products and services via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong client relationships for long-term success
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals to contribute to team performance
Collaboration: Work with management and peers to refine sales strategies
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends
