Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to work as an independent contractor for the 2024-2025 school year. This position is fully remote and operates on the VocoVision teletherapy platform.
Responsibilities:
Ā Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Ā Provide virtual instruction in accordance with state and federal special education regulations and best practices.
Ā Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and staff to ensure student success.
Ā Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Qualifications:
Ā Special Education Teaching license in Texas required.
Ā Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Ā Previous experience teaching students with diverse learning needs, preferably in a virtual or online setting.
