Fully Remote Product Designer @ Pest Share ($28M in funding and growing!)

Product Designer Full-Time | Remote (United States, Canada, other locations okay) Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (Depends on Experience) Why Pest Share? About Your Role As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a strategic and user-focused Product Designer to shape and elevate the user experience across our suite of digital products. You will be instrumental in turning complex customer problems into intuitive and effective design solutions that drive business outcomes. Your work will directly impact how our clients and residents interact with our core platform, ensuring a seamless user journey. What You’ll Do • Systems Thinking: Develop a deep understanding of our multi-faceted product suite, and apply systems thinking to consider how new features integrate with existing products and services so as to deliver effective design solutions. • User Experience (UX) Design: Design and iterate on existing and new product features in an end-to-end capacity, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for our B2B SaaS platform and customer-facing interfaces. • Interaction Design: Define and implement clear, delightful interaction patterns and behaviors, ensuring the product is easy and efficient to navigate. • Visual Design: Create high-fidelity visual mockups and specifications for final development, maintaining a cohesive and modern aesthetic that aligns with the Pest Share brand. • Collaboration & Strategy: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design specifications and contribute to the overall product strategy. • Design System & Figma Experience: Utilize and evolve our design system, primarily working in Figma or similar tools, to ensure consistency and efficiency across all designs. • Research, Testing & Feedback: Participate in user research and testing activities, incorporating user feedback and data into design decisions to continually improve product usability. What You'll Need to Get the Job Done • 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, or similar roles. • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products, highlighting end-to-end product design work. • Experience with user research & discovery, interaction design, and visual UI design. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy. • Proficiency with Figma and Figma Make. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and receive feedback constructively. • Experience working in a high-paced startup environment, preferably in B2B SaaS.
