Fully Remote Data Entry Specialist
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and gather data from specified sources, including online databases, websites, and other resources.
Input collected data into our database system accurately and efficiently.
Verify the accuracy of data entries and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
Follow established guidelines and procedures for data collection and entry.
Meet productivity targets and deadlines set by the project manager.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide updates on progress and address any issues or concerns.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications, including Microsoft Excel and... Word.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively.
Prior experience in data entry, research, or a similar role is preferred but not required
