Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause of the problem
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
