Lead Management: Maximize every opportunity by handling each lead in a timely manner.
Client Workflow: Keep track of your client workflow while adhering to organizational standards.
Policy Knowledge: Learn the ins and outs of our insurance policies (don’t worry if you have no prior knowledge – we’ll teach you!).
Team Player: Maintain a positive attitude and be an active contributor to the AIL team.
