Full‑Time Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist
We’re looking for a highly creative, experienced Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team full‑time. You’ll manage social media for multiple clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, concrete coatings, and fire prevention — and also assist with occasional graphic design projects beyond social media.
If you’re a master of visual storytelling, can design engaging graphics from scratch, and thrive on creating content that gets results, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Create high‑impact graphics in Canva (must be an expert).
• Edit videos in CapCut or similar tools for social media campaigns.
• Manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, and interact with followers.
• Prepare and present monthly performance analysis with actionable insights.
• Work with limited client assets to produce fresh, original content.
• Assist with occasional non‑social graphic design projects (flyers, ads, presentations, etc.).
• Collaborate with our team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years’ experience in social media management (multi‑brand or agency experience preferred).
• Exceptional graphic design skills and creative problem‑solving ability.
• Expert in Canva and comfortable with video editing tools like CapCut.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
