Full-Time Virtual Property Manager (Remote)
We need a reliable Virtual Property Manager for full-time remote work managing long-term residential rental properties in the US.
Full-time role (~40 hours/week). Must be available during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours (e.g., 9 AM–6 PM EST) for tenant/vendor coordination.
Long-term position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone/email/portal (respond within 1-4 hours during business hours).
- Coordinate maintenance/repairs: log issues, schedule vendors, follow up, and confirm resolution.
- Track rent payments, send reminders/notices, process payments, and assist with lease renewals.
- Support leasing: update listings, screen applicants, and organize documents/records.
Required Skills:
- 1–3+ years in property management, real estate admin, or similar virtual assistant role.
- Strong English communication (professional, empathetic, fast response).
- Experience with property software (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio, RentRedi, or similar).
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive; proficient in Google Workspace/email/tools.
- Reliable setup and full EST hour availability.
Preferred: US rental law basics or vendor coordination experience.
