Full Time Virtual Assistant (Arabic)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with website updates, communication tasks, and occasional offline activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, flexible with their time, and comfortable working in both Arabic and English.
Tasks:
Edit and update text, images, and buttons on website pages (Arabic website).
Ensure pages are well-structured and functioning properly.
Follow clear step-by-step instructions (guidance will be provided).
Attend online meetings with partners, clients, or team members when needed.
Assist with client communication and coordination with other employees.
Occasionally (rare cases), tasks may include offline work such as meeting someone in person, handling paperwork, or attending a physical meeting.
Support with translation tasks (Arabic ↔ English).
Requirements:
Strong computer and internet skills.
Advanced English level (both written and spoken) – required for translation tasks.
Fast learner and detail-oriented.
No prior Wix experience needed (training will be provided).
Availability for full time distance work.
Flexibility to handle both online and occasional offline tasks.
