Full-Time Therapist Waitlist
Description:
Ability and willingness to work with clients remotely via HIPAA-compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy
Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders
Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week
Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner
Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
Test and support Direct to Employer products including our new digital EAP
Understand therapist experience on the platform and formulate best practices to implement to improve therapist experience
Receive clinically supervised client hours towards independent/clinical licensure (if currently associate/conditionally licensed) and attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Current license to practice independently without supervision, or current associate/conditional* licensure dependent on the specific state (*unlicensed or license-pending... professionals do not qualify as associate/conditionally licensed)
Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase)
Individual NPI number (or willingness to obtain)
Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
Reliable internet connection
