We Rise Therapy & Wellness is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and women-centered virtual group practice serving first- and second-generation South Asian women, women of color, and multicultural clients. The Role
We are seeking an outgoing, dynamic Full-Time Virtual Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, LAC, or LSW) to carry a caseload of 23+ clients per week and take an active role in the community through hosting workshops, facilitating groups, and collaborating with partner organizations.
What You’ll Do
• Provide virtual therapy for adults (23+ sessions/week)
• Design and facilitate virtual workshops, support groups, and wellness programs
• Collaborate with schools, workplaces, and community organizations on mental health initiatives
• Contribute ideas for new services, programs, and community partnerships
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

You Are a Great Fit If You
• Are fully licensed in NJ or PA (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) or provisionally licensed (LAC or LSW)
• Are outgoing, collaborative, and comfortable engaging with groups and organizations
• Have experience with or interest in working with South Asian/Asian women, women of color, multicultural, and first-/second-generation clients
• Thrive in both individual therapy and group facilitation settings
• Are committed to cultural humility, inclusive care, and trauma-informed practice
• Can manage a steady full-time caseload (23+ clients/week) in a virtual environment
• Have training in EMDR, CBT, or other evidence-based modalities (preferred but not required)
