Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Provide direct instruction and support in various educational settings.
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
