Key Responsibilities
ā¢ * Develop and maintain customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
ā¢ * Design, develop, and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
ā¢ * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
ā¢ * Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce applications.
ā¢ * Create and manage workflows, process automation, validation rules, and custom objects.
ā¢ * Debug and resolve technical issues while ensuring system integrity.
ā¢ * Perform data migrations, backups, and ensure Salesforce data integrity.
ā¢ * Maintain proper documentation of configurations, development processes, and solutions.
ā¢ * Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.
ā¢ * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
ā¢ Required Skills and Qualifications
ā¢ * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ā¢ * 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
ā¢ * Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
ā¢ * Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations with third-party applications.
ā¢ * Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce security models.
ā¢ * Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and workflow automation.
ā¢ * Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, CI/CD, and version control systems.
ā¢ * Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) certification is a plus.
ā¢ * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ā¢ * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
ā¢ Experience
ā¢ * 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a professional environment.
ā¢ * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams is preferred.
